Requirements for booking an appointment

• I work by appointment only, listed below are details needed to complete your appointment.
• Design – attach all reference photos.
• Size – Include size detail in “inches”.
• Include if you would like the tattoo to be color or black & grey.
• Placement of tattoo (which body part)
• Be Courteous, please give 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule.
• Please arrive on time.
• For further questions please feel free to email. On larger size tattoos, in-person consultation is recommended.

Deposit Policy

• A deposit is required to secure appointment and design time.
• Deposit will be deducted from the price agreed on between me and client.
• All deposits are non-refundable, No exceptions!!
• You may reschedule your appointment
  2 times with in 60 days of original appointment date. After that deposit will be void and new one will be required.
  Deposits are excepted by Venmo, cash app.
